Critical Results Reporting PQI Project

The goal of this project is to ensure that critical results are communicated to a licensed healthcare provider, who can act on the result, within an institutionally designated time frame (typically not to exceed 60 minutes) with subsequent documentation of the critical result communication that includes the name of the provider and the date and time the provider was notified.
"Qualified by the American Board of Radiology in meeting the criteria for practice quality improvement (PQI) toward the purpose of fulfilling requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certification Program." Qualification granted until 12/31/2026.
